    Branding Services & Creative Packages

    Payments for branding packages, creative services or business support services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as time and creative work are allocated to your project.

    If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

    Courses & Education Programs

    Purchases of online courses or educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

    This policy exists due to the immediate access to intellectual property and educational content.

    Deposits

    Deposits secure your appointment time and contribute toward the final tattoo cost.

    Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated studio time.

    Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is provided.

    Rescheduling

    Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

    Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in deposit forfeiture.

    Revisions
